The bespectacled, middle aged man has been seen on two separate occasions sniffing the arse of an unidentified male shop assistant in the Plymouth branch of the Co-Op supermarket.

Ultimately though, are his actions illegal? It appears to have occurred in the UK, so I don't know how it would be treated there. Here though, I can't think of anything they could charge him with that would sustain a conviction.
