Recliner Pilot 61 Posted March 20, 2010 I'm sure the resident Bible-thumpers are gonna love this. Why would anyone object to somebody spending their hard earned money anyway they feel........................except for Obama, that is.
Big Blue 06 196 Posted March 20, 2010 So none of the anti-gay folks care to answer my question, huh? What would you like the millions and millions of folks who have feelings for the same sex do about it? Pretend that they're straight so as to not make any of you uncomfortable? Just would love to hear what goes on in those clueless, closed minds of yours. I wouldn't call myself anti-gay, but I'd like to answer your question anyway. I don't think most people care if someone is ghey or not. What someone chooses to do or who they choose to be with is their call and it shouldn't really impact any of us. This story is not about challenging someone's right to be ghey. This is not a case where the school is saying that someone can't be ghey or has to move to fire island or something. This is a case of a school making a rule about a single private party which they are not required to throw, but were going to anyway. They had a rule regarding dates (opposite sex) and when it appeared that someone was going to make a big deal out of it, they decided to cancel said party. That is their right, regardless of the reason for doing so.
