Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted October 7, 2012 Yep.....................my opponent has Richardson who is in for the score. And Bradshaw is most likely done for the half/day due to that fumble. Coughlin is about to scream already.
Voltaire 5,522 Posted October 7, 2012 This is a FF board so people care. Could be the other NY team, a Jets-Browns slopfest, you'd still get some glazed over eyes paying attention. That said, yeah sucks for you. Couglin has plently of choices at RB if Bradshaw lands in the doghouse. Unlike Greg Little on the other sideline who will stay in the game no matter how many passes he drops.
Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted October 7, 2012 I hope Cleveland keeps pouring it on. I got Eli rolling and that guy needs to put up some points this week.
dreen626 17 Posted October 7, 2012 Only 2 TDs scored today and both by Cleveland.
Voltaire 5,522 Posted October 7, 2012 I hope Cleveland keeps pouring it on. I got Eli rolling and that guy needs to put up some points this week. God I hope not. Well, no actually they can feel free to pour it on so long as they allow the Giants to pour more on. There's only four of us left in the Geek Club survivor pool and my pick this week is the Giants. That was a no-brainer right? How does anybody lose at home against the Browns?
Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted October 7, 2012 There's one for Eli.............woot!

Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted October 7, 2012 Where the hell is BENNETT???????? Thought he got hurt early in that drive pass blocking. Someone went low at his ankles........... He's dead, Jim.
TheNAL24 1 Posted October 7, 2012 Where the hell is BENNETT???????? He went to locker room. Idk what happened but he was down and then limped off. Hopefully he comes back or I get a big at 0 at my TE spot.
Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted October 7, 2012 I get a big at 0 at my TE spot. Just like last week........... I had him rolling last week and that focker cost me the game.
Gratefulegg1973 271 Posted October 7, 2012 So happy I picked up Hixon. Looks like it's the Reuben Randle show today.
Voltaire 5,522 Posted October 7, 2012 Just my luck with Bennett. I've been pleasantly surprised. Other than last week's dud, Bennett has been going off all year on my bench but I could never plug him in until today when I gave him the nod and I'm going two TEs with Megatron on bye. The "New" teams- Jets, Giants, Pats and Saints- have been the kiss of death in survivor pools this year. Over 80% of the 72 people eliminated in ours so far have lost on those teams. roroco 75 Posted October 7, 2012 RotoWorld is reporting that Brown is our for a great injury.... was it bad? I hate going for injuries, but that will give me more confidence in starting Bradshaw.

Voltaire 5,522 Posted October 7, 2012 RotoWorld is reporting that Brown is our for a great injury.... was it bad? I hate going for injuries, but that will give me more confidence in starting Bradshaw. I've lost all humanity over all these years of playing FF. It's like "great, not my player, somebody else's problem, who's the backup"? Contrast that to the NBA where I don't play fantasy basketball. Even watching my Pistons in the playoffs (back a few years when they were good) against the 76ers. Allen Iverson the star player for the other team was in pain writhing around on the floor and I felt bad for him and wanted him to get up. And he did, he played through it. Voltaire 5,522 Posted October 7, 2012 By some miracle, this thread is actually focusing us into an exciting game. Other than needing the Giants to win, I also wish there was more Bennett. Weeden has 7 completions to 5 different receivers all of whom can be had on the waiver wire and none of them are Greg Little. What is a J. Norwood?

Over 80% of the 72 people eliminated in ours so far have lost on those teams. Looks like the Giants are letting me off the hook. My follow the Browns strategy pays off again. Can't do that again next week since I already used the Bengals/Browns who kept me safe the week the Cards knocked off the Pats. I also had a "follow the Rams" strategy and I picked against them twice in both their losses: Detroit and Chicago. But since they're 3-2, I'm not so sure using them for fodder anymore is such a good idea. Especially against Miami. So this week, something different. I hate using the Falcons since they're schedule is packed with NFC south teams, but it's a home game against Oakland which is as safe as it gets. If I do use the Falcons here, who do I use in week 13? Otherwise do I have enough trust in the Cards to beat Buffalo at home? I started the year thinking the Cards sucked, they may be 4-1 but they still have no O-line or a running game and they just got done getting whooped by a St. Louis team that I know sucks. Voltaire 5,522 Posted October 7, 2012 Well FF, you started this thread and thought nobody cared but I think it's safe to say this was a great game and we're all grateful you didn't start a Baltimore/KC thread instead.
Voltaire 5,522 Posted October 7, 2012 And Bradshaw is most likely done for the half/day due to that fumble. I gotta hand it to you, with 200 rushing yards and a TD, I think you actually beat out the "Greg Little breakout game" prediction in the other thread for worst prognostication of the day.
