Portis26 0 Posted October 23, 2012 Refs blowing Tampa Bay game? They clearly didn't apply rule correctly and cost Tampa a chance to keep playing. If it was the replacement refs, there would be outrage . It proves no one cares and the handling of that whole replacement ref situation was done in poor taste. WR Guru 31 Posted October 23, 2012 I think that rule has actually been applied pretty consistently over the years. When a receiver goes out of bounds - even if there's some bumping involved - and he comes back in and makes a catch, they call illegal touching virtually every time.
