murf74 461 Posted November 13, 2012 Not a good sign that he left the stadium... I say broken or something that literally requires a specialist to diagnose immediately hence l3aving
Big Blue 06 195 Posted November 13, 2012 I say that his arm actually detached from his body and it only looked like it was still there because they put a prostetic arm down his sleeve.

WR Guru 31 Posted November 13, 2012 ...or he went for an MRI which is pretty standard on most injuries these days. Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't most, if not all, NFL stadiums have X-ray facilities on site? That would have revealed any break.
Kelvarr 13 Posted November 13, 2012 Does nobody remember at the beginning of the season where it was reported that Roethlisberger had a partially torn rotator cuff? I'll bet he finished that sucker off.
WR Guru 31 Posted November 13, 2012 ...or he went for an MRI which is pretty standard on most injuries these days. Confirmed on the local post game show- left to get an MRI. Agent describing it as a "non-traditional football injury", which could mean anything from his shoulder exploded to the trainers just couldn't diagnose it in the locker room. GreenTD 56 Posted November 13, 2012 Does nobody remember at the beginning of the season where it was reported that Roethlisberger had a partially torn rotator cuff? I'll bet he finished that sucker off. I would've guessed that it was a separated shoulder but this could very well be what happened. He got sandwiched between Justin Houston & another defender pretty well on the play so strong possibility that he did in fact tear it completely.
WR Guru 31 Posted November 13, 2012 Initial diagnosis, again according to local postgame show, sprained shoulder. However, further evaluation of the MRI is being done.
Giants Fan 85 Posted November 13, 2012 They fashion some kind of Tatooine Stormtrooper shuoulder pad, and march him right back out there. Then wonder, why he is throwing like crap. I voted, dislocated, but what are the odds on broken collarbone? Same as broken shoulder?
Giants Fan 85 Posted November 13, 2012 I got 2-1 something is at least possibly fractured. Odds are about the same that he plays this week. He's a tough guy. I don't care what anyone says ... prolly the toughest QB in the NFL. I wouldn't bet against him. He's been effective as a totally immobile statue before.
