Now this is just what i have perceived from the pics i have seen so... If you look at a bunch of pics of chicks with a large "bean" it is basically a deformity that almost became a pemis. They are not hermes but their cells did seem to attempt to create a cack. When you see the larger more distinct beans you will notice what looks like the clitt almost forming all the way arpund with the obvious shape of a cack head at the tip.

 

Kind of freaked me out when i saw these pics. I dont think i would be comfortable sucking on a half formed pemus but thats me.
