ec321a 0 Posted October 30, 2013 I MUST drop someone on my bench, as my roster is illegal (too many RB's). My options include Steven Jackson, Giovanni Bernard, Andre Brown, CJ Spiller, Knowshon (no way). What I guess it really boils down to is Spiller or Brown...? Spiller's really great matchups don't come until playoffs (which by no means am I guaranteed), so which one has more value through week 14?
Teetai09 0 Posted October 30, 2013 Are there no trades you could make, if you drop any of those guys, he will get scooped up quick. I just think the Falcons are done, and I don't see SJAX producing anything, I know it may not be the popular choice, but that's who I think you should drop, Spiller could definitely come around. ec321a 0 Posted October 30, 2013 No trades to make. I've been pounding and trying to OVERPAY for mid-high TE's with the stipulation they take a back and choice of other player.
Hotbbq 3 Posted October 30, 2013 I would probably drop Andre Brown. Spiller will come around http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=427008
ec321a 0 Posted October 30, 2013 Pretty sure that's why I'm getting no trades is the Vultures know I'm illegal and are waiting to scoop up the scraps... One has to be gone by 5 minutes to Thursday game or I forfeit for the week, and while I doubt I can win with 4 Broncos on bye, it's worth a shot, at least better than guaranteed loss. p.man 7 Posted October 30, 2013 I MUST drop someone on my bench, as my roster is illegal (too many RB's). My options include Steven Jackson, Giovanni Bernard, Andre Brown, CJ Spiller, Knowshon (no way), Demaryius (no way), Locker (would hate to). What I guess it really boils down to is Spiller or Brown...? Spiller's really great matchups don't come until playoffs (which by no means am I guaranteed), so which one has more value through week 14? So, you would be okay if you dropped Locker? If so, he is who I would drop. I would not drop Brown. That is for damn sure. Way too much upside starting in week 10. If you must drop a Rb, than I would either drop Jackson or Spiller. Most likely Jackson.
ec321a 0 Posted October 30, 2013 Oops, no. I am illegal due to the running backs... sorry, misworded... can you advise again?

p.man 7 Posted October 30, 2013 Spiller should be fine with his high ankle sprain, but they do sometimes linger when it is a high ankle sprain. Jackson has hamstring issues, but did make it through last week. I would drop Jackson due to his schedule and because they play @ San Fran in week 16. But not only that...Atlanta is done and I doubt they will want to further hurt / take chances with Jackson further hurting his hamstrings. Just my opinion. Good Luck! p.man 7 Posted October 30, 2013 Thanks for coming back. What? I just answered you. Also, the o-line in Atlanta is not all that great right now. Just my take. With the Atlanta receivers being a mess right now with no Julio and Roddy White always injured, it just makes more sense to me to drop Jackson if you are in that type of bind. You should see how many waiver wire moves I have made this year. lol At the end of the draft this is what I had. Ouch!! M.Ryan, Ben, Weedon J.Charles, MJD, B.Powell, F.Jones, M.Leshore D.Thomas, R.Wayne, R.Spadola J.Finley Josh Brown Jets, Cowboys As of right now this is what I have.. A.Luck, Rivers J.Charles, K.Moreno, J.Bell, R.Helu, A.Brown D.Thomas, J.Gordon, T.Williams, K.Allen J.Reed, J.Cameron D.Bailey Tenn, As you can see, 13 of my drafted players are gone. Wow! I am 6-2. bonkbonk 5 Posted October 30, 2013 Brown or Jackson Gmen might get better but they are having to throw so much i dont like any of their RBs. I have Jackson in 3 leagues. I would drop his ass in a second if i had any options. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=427059

They're casual players...
TheNAL24 1 Posted October 30, 2013 I would probably drop brown. I mean he could be good but who knows.
SantaKlaus 0 Posted October 30, 2013 Brown is who I'd drop.
Redzonehog 14 Posted October 31, 2013 I'd definitely drop SJax (and I will be). http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=427087
TxTech9 5 Posted October 31, 2013 I'd drop brown, he'll come back for one maybe two games and get hurt again. Oh yea, and the giants are awful.
sdc90291 0 Posted October 31, 2013 I'd drop Brown - the Giants' offensive line is well, offensive... Sjax may still have some decent games left in him, and you want Spiller for playoff time. The Giants backfield is also all of a sudden a little crowded, and it's not like they're earth, wind and fire (reference to the old Giants 3 headed RB attack), but rather, pretty much the same running style with all 3.
