WinningTeam11-3 1 Posted November 16, 2013 I need 1 of the 3 either Torrey Smith( Chicago Defense they have been sucking lately with their top cb out) Danny Amendola( Carolina Defense has been playing well but Brady will have to throw alot) or Keenan Allen( CB Grimes is good but beatable)
dpbuddha 9 Posted November 16, 2013 I think I like Torrey Smith here. Brady will have to throw a lot but I think Gronk will be the top receiver since Car has a weakness there. Thanks for mine earlier.
seh2000 5 Posted November 16, 2013 Agree with smith. Bears def is hurting big time now.
WinningTeam11-3 1 Posted November 17, 2013 Torrey it is!!
KC Deuce 1 Posted November 17, 2013 I play Allen here personally. He has been WR#1 numbers the past 5 - 6 weeks. One or two 7 - 8 pts but 4 17+ in our league.
Kam187 6 Posted November 17, 2013 Smith because Tillman is out and their secondary is looking weak. Only problem is that the bears run defense is worse in which Baltimore may get Rice a lot of touches in this one. Personally, I like Rice to bounce back on Sunday but in any case, Id start Smith because Allen to me hit the rookie wall and Amendola will be blanketed on MNF. hogwash 0 Posted November 17, 2013 I would go Smith or Allen. Amendola definitely has more risk and the reward might not be there.
dspiranhas 0 Posted November 17, 2013 Smith - Ravens will need to score and they can only do so thru air.
kjmcc0729 1 Posted November 17, 2013 Allen. Grimes plays on the opposite side of the field from where Allen runs the majority of his routes, and they don't move Grimes to cover #1's. Further, the weather calls for severe rain and wind for Chicago game, which will hamper the passing game. Allen. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=428236
RabidSeaCows 99 Posted November 17, 2013 High winds today in Chicago. I'd go allen. As of Sunday morning, the forecast for Ravens-Bears is calling for 27MPH winds and an increasing likelihood of rain as the game progresses. Weather.com's hourly projections actually don't foresee serious precipitation until about two hours into the game. Wind is what affects passing games more than rain, however, and these are strong winds coming off of Lake Michigan with gusts perhaps reaching 60MPH. We wouldn't consider it a concern for Chicago's quick-hitting passing game as much as for the Ravens, who play vertical passing offense. Torrey Smith has a terrific matchup on paper, but we wouldn't blame anyone for downgrading him from fantasy WR1/2 to WR2/3.
eb122 0 Posted November 17, 2013 I think u have to factor in the weather here. if it is a ppr league and u just need some consistent points I go with Allen here. if u need a big score and want to risk it I go Amen. Smith may not get much vertical game going if the winds are bad.
