Joique bell hasn't been as good as I hoped. Is it worth it to drop him? Other rbs are forte,Ellington, rashad jennings ..then of course bell and mckinnon

I wouldn't do it unless you just simply need a big score on a desperation move. McKinnon and Bell aren't great but both pretty much have their roles carved out and will get you some points most weeks and have a chance to do fairly well, although I think the upside is somewhat limited on both. I would take that at his point in the season over a flier. Unless of course again you are desperate and need a big hit. Then it may be worth a shot but probably not.

With the looming AP move, if you want to take a flyer on Sims then you would drop McKinnon.

It depends on your entire roster. If you're not going to be really even using those guys then it wouldn't really hurt to drop one to take the chance on Sims but I don't think I'd do it.
