Handcuff vs Late Round Lottery Ticket?

Recommended Posts

I had my 1st draft last night. Grabbed Zeke in the 2nd.

Decided to take Terrence West very late (lottery ticket) over Alf.

Mistake?

Do I wait to see what happens in Baltimore or play it safe & p/u Alf (dropping West)?

Thoughts?

Mistake. West has too much competition to be all out lead dog in my opinion.

It's the situation, not the technique. Pick whichever one you think will be better.

Both are gambles really.

Man I like West as the guy, but it looks like a giant cluster. I may drop him in my redraft even though I am a bit thin at rb

I would agree , I don't like the situation at Rb with the Ravens .

The Rb with the Ravens I'm targeting would be J Allen in PPR leagues .

I handcuff the top 5 rbs in the best situation. This year I would choose D.Johnson, Ezke, AP, L.Bell, And Charles to handcuff. Outside those 5 I would pick the most talented backup as a lotto ticket.

I've drafted Foster and Ajayi in a league and I'm kicking myself now.
