Yes those would be easy to take down too. There would be a lot of panic and shock but the world would be used to seeing dinosaurs. Knowing the tech to clone them exists for over 25 years, people would be expecting one day that they could see them on the mainland. Not to mention endless videos and documentaries from people at Jurassic world park before it shut down. On the mainland I would be fully prepared mentally for the possibility that one day dinosaurs could come rampaging down the street like the TRex in Lost world.

how did they capture the flyers, when they were escaping from the island, they weren't caged or anything

So much to say, but really, the world's super villains gather in a basement and a killer laser guided dinosaur goes for about the price of a condo in New York City, seemed like a pretty good deal.
