At 16.1 I was looking at Nick Senzel, Willie Calhoun and McMahon. I had a chance to trade up to where Senzel ended up being the pick. I passed on the deal because I thought I’d get one of the three. To say the least, I’m losing my f’n mind over the past couple of weeks. This draft is probably the only time I’ve spent thinking about anything beyond this f’n virus. And, it’s Going to get worse before it starts to get better. It’s a disturbing mix of truth mixed with exaggeration mixed with hysteria. On a side note, what’s the deal with buying out toilet paper? Someone bought it immediately for 25.99 and paid 10.99 shipping. eBay cancelled the transaction because they are no longer allowing masks, sanitizer etc because of price gouging. I was clearly doing that but goods are only worth as much as people are willing to pay. If they want sanitizer and I have spare why can’t they pay for it? silly but funny story. Sanitizer, masks and such are a direct response to the virus. Buying TP, extra meat to put in your freezer, and other daily essentials is more so a product of fear of quarantine and stores closing for business. School are already closing. Some colleges in rural PA are closing for a month etc... so while I wouldn’t do it personally, I think the TP stock up is people being silly and thinking they will run out and not be able to get any. If he can get back to 2018 levels he will be a solid closer option even if he hurts a bit in ERA.
