Sunday's I train "The Fat Farm".  They (the members of the group), named it... not me.  I didn't even know about it until 3 weeks later.  I help them adjust their diets and training regimes.  So far, (6 weeks), every member (all 8), have lost at least 22 pounds!  Go Chubbos!!  

Looks like I made a new friend.  Apparently the trans girl that I worked with a week and change ago, felt more comfortable with me than the two girls who worked with her last week.  I only do the evals with new patients and oversee their treatments, I don't generally work with them directly after that.  The girl called and asked if I can be the one to work with her going forward, even though I was evidently not her initial choice at the beginning.  Our office closes at 3 on Tuesday's and Thursday's, and noon on Saturday's.  Starting tomorrow, I have one-on-one sessions with her from 4 to 5 on Tuesday's and Thursday's and then from 1 to 2 on Saturday's.  

 

The only true plus side to this, because I'm salary, is that now I don't have to go in on Saturday's anymore, with the exception of this one hour session, so as to not work more than 40 hours in the week.  I don't mind working with the girl, I like my work, but I find it ridiculous that these hoops are being made.  Last week, the girl came in during normal business hours and work with the girls assigned to her.  I don't know why I need to be there with her by myself after hours.  Though, I told them that my girlfriend will be there with me during these times to work out.  I have stipulations in my contract that states that I can not be forced to work in an environment where it's only me and one other "non-male" person.  So, when no employee is available, I can bring whomever I want.  The company told this girl that I was bringing my girlfriend and she signed off on it.  I tell ya, ridiculous with all of this.  The have been tons of people with other medical conditions, PTSD, social anxiety, and alike, who got denied one-on-one sessions, but this girl... they're rolling out the red carpet. 

 

Pleasant enough kid.  I don't mind working with her at all, but the situation is just absurd.

 

I won't bore anyone with the details going forward, just venting.
