Look at DJ’s PPR numbers before he got injured/benched. And he’s being picked 10-15 picks later... Kind of reminds me of the Damian Williams hype from last year. It manifested out of control. I like Sanders a lot but I think we need to pump the brakes. I expect a bounce back year from David johnson. hes running behinid a far better line than he had in AZ and will be playing with better game scripts. I also feel they will be using David Johnson far more because they paid a huge price to get him. They will need to justify the price they paid. my bet is that (barring injury) he may have the largest workload hes ever had. if not the largest, certainly one of the top workloads hes ever had. For sure I think hes a bargain if you can draft him at the place hes currently ranked on the fftoday board. I personally have him ranked a bit higher. bottom line, this guy is a good pickup at his expected ADP with possibly more upside than you would expect at this point iin the draft
weepaws 3,431 Posted August 29, 2020 I would agree Ray. I have DJ ranked pretty high, so sold that he’ll produce much better this season, and I hoping maybe his best season, of course only if I draft him. I think Sanders 4.6 avg is better then just avg, the top ten rush yard gainers for Rbs had a avg per rush of 4.6 with only three of them above 4.6. My biggest question mark about Sanders before the Eagles lost two starters on the oline , was a his coach and his lack of wanting to commit to a rb1. All those other top ten rb yard gainers also avg over 15 touches per game last season, and I’m speaking of rush att only, if Sanders gets up to that level of 15 rush att per game, plus his ability to produce in the passing game, I think he could be a top ten non ppr rb , he’ll get his tds also. But losing two starters on the oline, he’s not in my top ten now. Im kind of cautious about Drake this season, i think he was widely under used with the Dolphins and I think that Zona might do the same thing, I expect for Edmonds to be heavily involved after the first few games in both the run game and passing situations. But we’ll see if how it all turns out, it’s all luck anyway.

He’s being drafted as a sure thing top 10 over other guys I much prefer like Henry, Jacobs, even Kenyan Drake. I think all 4 guys have about the same ceiling if all the cards fall right. But I give sanders the lowest floor of all these 3 so why is he being drafted consistently above them? He had just 1 single 100 yard rushing game last season. Sure he’s more valuable in PPR but I’m still not buying top 10. Let me ask you then, based on a 12 team league , non ppr and ppr, we’re would you rank Sanders in your top 60 rb list? Thanks for the reply.
LoOnAtIk 75 Posted August 29, 2020 I would rank him around 15th among RBs in PPR. Closer to the Aaron Jones, James Conners, Chris Carson’s of the world. In that tier. I’ve seen him ranked as high as 6th among RBs which is far too rich for me.
weepaws 3,431 Posted August 29, 2020 Thank you. Right now I have him at 14 after the news about those two oline starters. I appreciate the return.

I havnt followed philly the way ii normally would and the guy I thought would keep Sanders didnt keep him, so now I'm doing some homework on the guy. which starters were hurt? how long are they out for? weepaws 3,431 Posted August 31, 2020 OT A Dillard , I’m not sure how long OG B Brooks for the season Sanders does have a hammy issue. Jeffery as always questionable week one and probably forward. Reager rookie wr out about four weeks.
