I turned the game off when it became 21-3.  Per Peter King's FMIA - CIN went to only 3 rushers, and flooded the field with 8 defenders against the pass.  "If" that is the case - then it is OC Bienemy's fault for calling so many pass plays, and not running the ball against a soft front / getting Cincy out of that defense.

I think maybe he chose not to kick the FG at the end of the half so that he would be able to stay with a perennial Super Bowl contender, rather than being hired away to go coach the Bears or the Texans or some other scrub unit.  He had to make himself look more undesirable as a coach.
