Better Call Saul

Are you taking into account the life he led? Or the life you lived?

I get he wanted redemption and regretted his actions.  If I lived that life and wanted redemption I would maybe take the 7 years and volunteer at a soup kitchen for the rest of my life.  Whatever.  I just do not see anyone volunteering to spend the rest of their lives in prison.  So he redeemed himself in front of Kim.  What does that do?  He will never see her again.  I just do not get it.  Maybe other people would do the same thing I just do not see it.

Dude just lived through all that and is simply tired and wants to make a final gesture towards the love of his life. Easy peasy

Yea but that little gesture cost his freedom forever.   Just way out of character imo... for anyone.

If he loved her that much he would have hope they could be together someday.  Do the 7 and spend your life trying to win her back.
