He took the buyout and will now get to sit at home getting paid until Sept 30th. He will accrue Leave and the TSP matching. Meanwhile, we need to hire someone to replace him, but we can't due to the hiring freeze so... Another guy was supposed to go next February but will also leave in Sept. So I don't know.
