Time to weight roll the  http://www.draftpicklottery.com/ to do a weighted (by balls) draft as we have in recent years to set the post-draft supplemental order.
Think this is the balls order.

Burt (Braves) -- 12 balls
BlackClouds (Angels) -- 11 balls
cmh6476 (Royals) -- 10 balls
Zero Tolerance (Tigers) -- 9 balls
Mookz (Orioles) -- 8 balls
lambert58 (Cardinals) -- 7 balls
Jim Mora (Rangers) -- 6 balls
WhiteWonder (Rays) -- 5 balls

that will help determine who is available yes. Not sure if you can or have authorized co-owners for this year.  I can't get to Yahoo from my gov't work computer.  Firewalls and all.

i think last year i posted a youtube vid doing the lottery. can do that again if anyone wants or if someone else wants to take over no worries.

also i seem to remember entering the draft results last year but i checked on yahoo and it tells me the GM needs to set a draft type/time

I think last year (or the year prior) we all said we trusted you enough to not need the video.  If you want to do a video, have at it.  But I think we all trust you enough to do it without documentation.

i'll post it here once I complete it this evening or tomorrow.  I'm going to screen record it because it's fun 

also, check the league page and see if you need to set the draft type etc and if you want to give me access to enter the draft results, I can knock that out as well.
