S.C. Justice biggest concern is the 1st Amendment still exists

It is scary that a Supreme Court Justice could make the following comment in one of the most important 1st Amendment cases in history and not be pounded upon by every single red-blooded American.

"My biggest concern," said Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson on Monday, "is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways."

Yes, that is precisely the point of the 1st Amendment, to hamstring the government.  But instead of being lambasted by every other justice, several seemed sympathetic to this outrageous and extremely dangerous viewpoint.   

What happened to America?  It seems lost as more and more people seem to accept the police state of mass censorship of citizens and mass propaganda by the government.  All of our rights have been rapidly dwindling as the mega corporations and massive power of the unelected executive branch bureaucrats collude to strip citizens of our rights.  

When the 1st Amendment stops hamstringing the government, it is game, set and match...the party is over.

We've let in too many socialist loving immigrants and have completely changed the voting demographic. They don't care about the 1st amendment.

It is not the immigrants.  It is the ivory tower elitists who hold the exact same view as the Third Reich that they are superior and the masses are too stupid.  The elites are just buying the immigrant votes until they don't need them anymore.  Through mass propaganda and buying votes, they are trying to secure a coalition to take over this country.   And we are damn near the point of no return.

Don't need them anymore? Them and their descendants are the about to be the biggest voting block in the country.  The left would have a completely different platform had we not them flood in the last 5 decades.

2nd and 3rd generation immigrants get far more conservative.  The leftist believed this demographic had secured them every future election, but Hispanics moving to the right has destroyed that theory.
