Why would they ask them to go to a sanctuary city that has one of the higher crime rates in CA that has the majority of businesses leaving, with one of the highest rent areas? 

And as someone else mentioned all of protests and everything going on? Did they not see the Pride and Memorial Day parades interrupted by the protests? 

I can't imagine anyone feeling safe there.
