I've lived in Minnesota my entire life, so I know what Tim Walz is all about. Have a pretty good idea of what Kamala Harris is about.

If I had to bet on which side would at least try to address issues like this more than the other, it would definitely be Trump & Vance.

Both of them are wicked and evil, trump has had sex with woman that make porn.  Neither of the candidates should be in position to be the leader of this country, both teams are wicked,  both work for the government, which makes money from porn, drugs , alcohol, if they can make money from it, they will keep it going.

3. Weaponization of the media by political parties... Although this will never get solved since both sides love doing it and their armors defend it.

4. China invading Taiwan/defense

5. Crime/drug use

6. Homelessness

7. Insurance extortion (thanks Obama!)/healthcare

8. Ukraine either way you feel

9. Infrastructure 

10. Education and dealing with crazy ass college tuition

11. Abortion either way

12. Sex trafficking 

13. Civil rights stuff

I lumped debt into the economy.

The reason I think leaders will do something about the other things is people will vote them out of office if the economy isn't right or they let a bunch of illegal immigrants move into their town.

Out of my list, you'll get at least some action taken on the economy, immigration, china stuff could happen behind the scenes, and Ukraine could go one way or the other depending on who wins.

Then, as usual, they'll use civil rights and abortion to keep us squabbling and not looking at their incompetence and crime.

I wish I could share your optimism, but I can't. Mainly because of what I highlighted in your response. As much as I hate saying it, Harris/Walz are going to win.

Wish I had more time to get into the specifics of why I feel that way.
