Why would I change the title, he was ordered to give up his apartment when I created this thread? You can start your own thread about how Rudy is keeping his apartment, most likely because some sympathetic donor paid off the plaintiffs. Of course, that won't change the fact that he was found guilty of defamation(a charge he didn't even contest) and the jury fined him 146 Million.

Sounds like Georgia did as Trump wanted, they found votes.  They found them in what has been termed suitcases under a table at the counting center.  I might opine that those suitcases were ballot transportation cases, but whatever.  They located them and counted them.  Did it look shady, yep given the hour and the observers.  Was it shady, probably not.  Where there externalities which raised questions, certainly given the late night rally for Biden.  Could those externalities be readily and reasonably explained, I think so.

I did not follow the matter.  Was he found guilty or liable?

To be fair - I don't know if a judge saying you lost the case is the same as being found guilty.  But since he admitted he defamed them and failed to provide information in the subpoenas and the judge ruled he lost, that seems pretty close to a guilty verdict to me.

That's inaccurate.  Those votes were legally counted on election night.  They were not found as they were never lost.

I never said, or even remotely implied they were not counted on election night.  Perhaps i could have been more clear.  Perhaps the facetious nature of that part of my post was lost through being poorly stated.  I was having some fun with Trum's phone call  while at the same time acknowledging that the counting procedure was less than as transparent and flawless as it ws designed to be, which is not to say in any way that it was fatally flawed.
