Jason Kelce addressed the Penn State phone-smashing incident at the start of ESPN's pregame show tonight and apologized:

"In a heated moment, I decided to greet hate with hate. ... I fell short this week"

I’m surprised they didn’t bring the kid up on charges of hate speech.  Maybe they did.  Wouldn’t put it past the college if they expelled him.

He works for ESPN- of course he is going to apologize for using the term even though I haven't really heard any criticism of him for saying the word.

Many are calling for Kelce to apologize to the gays for calling the kid a F back.  Probably should have thrown that into the apology mix to cover his bases.
