She isn’t necessarily lying, but I think she is being intentionally deceptive.  From what I’ve seen she has not said “I was told to avoid homes with Trump signs,” she has said “I was told to practice avoidance.”  Big difference.

Defending this will not impact your political favorites, they are insulated from this.  Even the upper reaches of FEMA will be insulated from this.

What you have here is an example of the bureaucracy being polluted with hate for people of a specific persuasion, in this case for Trump.

In the coming years, should this behavior be replicated toward Democrat voters you will be justifiably incensed.....come find me then, we can be arm in arm, if only because temporarily your morality aligns with mine

No you got the story completely wrong.  Hurricane Milton was a month ago.  We don't know when the complaint was filed.  What we do know is nothing was done until someone alerted a conservative media site late last week, which wrote a story about it that went viral and outrage ensued.

Ok so if your bosses tell you to do something at a low level you are expected to do it. If not they will replace you will another low paid employee. She is saying that she did it but that the practice was widespread. There is an easy way to get to the bottom of this. She should file a whisleblower complaint. That way if FEMA is fined she gets paid out.

Read the story I posted on page one.  FEMA told The Daily Wire they were aware of the situation.  So they were aware of it before the article was posted and only fired the employee a day or two AFTER the article was published and had become a major story.

I read your article. It’s unclear to me whether FEMA was investigating the situation before the article was published or if the agency was made aware of the situation by the Daily Wire, launched an investigation, then canned the employee. 

The idea that FEMA would endorse this or deliberately withhold aid from red areas is a major stretch to say the least.

It may be a one off for FEMA (I'm not sure), but, this is hardly a one off when talking about the totality of the liberal hate-filled actions towards Trump and his voter base. Hell, two assassination attempts this year and that gets swept under the rug.

It is not the first time this has happened with an employee in a Federal agency and it won't be the last (we will probably see at least one go rogue in the next four years under the Trump administration).
