It’s been years but didn’t she tell a friend about what happened years before. The yearbook comments were also peculiar. IIRC didn’t Brett say he wasn’t there and he knew this because of notebooks he kept that showed he was working out that night or something? That seemed like the actions of a weird serial killer

How could he know he was working out that night or something?  No one knows when or where it even happened.  There are no specifics.  And the people she said knew about it all deny it.   When your own witnesses deny something that's a clue it didn't happen.

If I cared that much I would go back and look. I recall that he had some diary notebook he kept referencing and he said he was working out with Donkey Doug or something and he didn’t have time to go to parties. It was very odd

SNL did a good parody with Matt Damon.

As I said I don’t believe ever thinking this was something that was provable but it was unusual and his demeanor during the confirmation was strange.

Who knows what happened with Kavanaugh. Him presenting his diaries and calendars from HS as evidence was weird however

He got all redfaced about his love for beer at one point as well. It’s all coming back.

As I recall she told a friend about this years before, there was odd entries into yearbooks, and he was acting like he knew he couldn’t have possibly been at this party because he was working out per his calendar he kept and saved for decades from high school.

You keep insisting you know I was sure he was guilty. I don’t believe this is the case.

I'm do not think he molested his daughter.  he took showers with her.  not sure that elevates to molestation, but it is weird as hell & not even close to being appropriate.  .

someone on trial presenting a calendar of his activities is weird?  like I said your believe factor is wholly determined on your politics.  I also said before, "just pointing it out".

Yeah keeping calendars of your workouts in high school and then keeping them for decades is odd to me.
