1) the ABC lawsuit never went to trial.  It was settled prior to trial.  Neither side has a legal victory in a settlement, the case is dismissed.

2) there was a civil trial in the trump raped case and the jury decided that Trump sexually abused ejc.  I still call him a rapist because a man that assaults a woman against her will and violates her vagina i consider a rapist, even if the state of ny only considers him a sexual abuser.
