Probably around the time you had the adults fighting other adults in situations where they could die / people did die. Like yeah, at some point the adult characters are going to spar but whenever there was that big melee at Silver's mansion and the Asian guy is nearly dead... how is all this happening and then it's back to life as normal in the next season/episode? IIRC, S6E1 takes place at least a couple of weeks after Chozen was injured because I think he mentioned to Daniel-san that he hadn’t heard from Kumiko since his drunk voicemail from S5E9 and subsequent injury in S5E10.
