Protesting (with just a few college students at first) resulted in eventually ending the war in Vietnam and ultimately the draft. I am sure that it was not an isolated incident and there are probably plenty of other examples of protesting leading to a lasting positive change.

1/6 led to America’s Awakening to the depths of deep state corruption and the return of the rightful President in a historic landslide.  History will undoubtedly point to that being the most important protest since the Boston Tea Party.

Large scale protests began in 1965. The draft began in December of 1969.  The war ended in 1975.  Yeah, those protests really did the trick. Leftists are always rewriting their history to make the sale. It’s usually at the least exaggerated and often times simply not true.

Exactly. I'm sure the government was really scared of all the protestors.

Be honest. If you see a group of people protesting against leftists policies, you think to yourself they are wasting their time.

I think most protests either against leftist or rightist policies are a waste of time. However, some (like in the case of the Vietnam War) were successful.

Do you think the Tea Party movement in 2009 was a waste of time?

Yup. Got co-opted by the Rinos. MAGA is a different story.

I bet Squishy and Tim think the riot at the DNC in 1968 was about protesting the war.  That’s how the left likes to portray it.

If there is one thing the left excels at above everyone else it's violence and revising history.  No one comes even close.  They are true masters of their craft.

Yes. They are very skilled at pushing that.
