You know what makes people an ally…saving their country from destruction and having their citizens murdered.

If NATO can have those shitheads in Turkey and the dandy Frenchmen we can work on taking Ukraine and fixing them up.

The United States has the largest army in NATO. In 2024, the US had about 1.33 million active military personnel, which is much larger than any other NATO country. The US also has the largest Navy and Air Force in NATO.

Right, that’s why we spend all the money.

⬆️ Thinks we were friends and talked them out of getting nukes because we'd take care of them.

🤣🤣🤣

Are you understanding any of this? NATO fighting Russia means American Troops fighting Russia. That's what you want?

They had nukes you idiot.  They were USSR nukes that became theirs when the USSR split.  The US, UK and Russia all agreed to the Budapest Memorandum which gave the nukes to Russia who in exchange agreed to never invade them.  WHOOPS!

They were never Ukraine's weapons to start with. They always belonged to the Soviet Union.

Riiight: Where were they located? Who convinced them to allow them to be removed? What were the parameters of that agreement?

The funny thing is that they had nukes but no deployment system. They were stockpiles of old Soviet arms.

I know right? Ukraine is so in charge of their situation. Looks like they no longer need help. Cool.

It's an open question about the future. The US cutting off intelligence support is particularly damaging most likely, but we'll see.

That's not accurate. Under the partition from the USSR all the republics legally got the weapons contained within their boundaries. Russia was permitted to share the port at Sebastopol and there may have been other exceptions like that with all the newly independent republics.

You do raise a good point though because technically Ukraine has just as much right to be inheritor of the USSR's assets as Russia.

They had like the third largest collection of nukes within their borders. US, UK and Russia worked out this deal to get them out of there, get control of them based on a variety of agreements - one being you won’t attack us.

You and your alter ego seem to have a connection going. Maybe now is the right time to move in on him. Oooo-la-la.
