Sean Kennedy, a former federal public defender in California and now a Loyola Law School professor, said that in his experience representing and interacting with current and former MS-13 members, "The tattoos in the photo don't look familiar to me."

Such designs are out of character with typical MS-13 tattoos, Kennedy said.

"Within MS-13 culture, such markings would likely be frowned upon and even viewed as a sign of cowardice, as they could be interpreted as an attempt to hide or downplay gang affiliation," Kennedy said. "That type of concealment goes against the gang's norms, which often demand bold, visible demonstrations of identity and loyalty."

Little reported fact here that Abrego Garcia’s tattoos were literally not considered to be gang tattoos by the staff at CECOT

Well they don't look like a kind of margaritas I've ever seen.  Van hollen says they were served the drinks as photo prop but they didn't touch them so they don't know what was actually in those drinks and neither do you.

And if people would stop and think about it...Would a sitting US Senator drink an alcoholic beverage with a political prisoner where the press is present and taking photos and videos? The answer is no, as the optics would horrible and it would send the wrong message as to the purpose of his meeting with Garcia (which was not to drink cocktails with him).

I can pretty much guarantee they were served water in glasses meant to look like margaritas.  No I don’t have the sample from the lab but anyone with a brain would know that at the very least they did not contain alcohol.
