I'm trying to think of the belief structure that says the right of habeas corpus is not only not a right but also completely unknowable because... a woman got appointed to a totally different job. Like IMO appointing department heads illegally would be a big deal. Or creating fictitious departments would be a big deal. Or a president abolishing all past laws by imperial fiat would be a big deal.- But in general presidents - including Trump1 & Trump2 - have been doing this a long time.
