Break guys neck in car accident --- drag him around the station.  The aftermath for the 5 cops, the driver got his job back after appealing firing, 15 days suspended.  3 of the 4 were fired with one testifying she was proud of how she handled the incident and wouldn't change a thing. The last retired before he could be disciplined.

This is another Freddie Gray. Handcuffed guys have no way to brace against a fall when the driver slams on the brakes. It's messed up. They should have learned from Gray and been required to put him in a seatbelt. It's good to see that this transportation policy has been corrected for Connecticut but why do we still Police Departments out there tansporting suspects like this?

What these officers are mostly guilty of is not knowing how to diagnose and treat a person with a serious neck injury. Someone had to take the fall.
