Orgazmo 2 Posted July 29, 2003 I think he wanted me to pick in the second if he wasn't here. His list may not be for the third. Does anyone think I should go to the next guy on it or what?

Call me...Tim? 0 Posted July 29, 2003 Sorry, I guess my instructions were unclear. It's like the Charge of the Light Brigade all over!

I figured there was a chance, with the player secured, you may want to move to another position. Just let me know when it's OK to reuse a list for a following round. OB1 33 Posted July 29, 2003 I LOVE Koren Robinson this year. He is my targeted WR in most leagues. I struggled between him and Burress at 3.02 and may well regret it. In fact, this is the first draft mock or real this year where I haven't drafted him. K Rob finished last year like a stud, and I expect a monster year from him. Ditkanate 0 Posted July 30, 2003 I will gladly take Hambrick at this point. The #1 RB in a Parcells offense? Sounds ok to me, despite the fact that i despise the Cowboys.

Seems to me only one or neither of them can be a fantasy force, not both. I would think if you felt Barlow was that guy this year you'd stay away from Hearst. Just MHO of course. Mark Buffington 3 Posted July 30, 2003 I'm a little suprised Price fell this far. I considered him over Driver.
The Unknown Soldier 0 Posted July 30, 2003 I think I'm the only guy that's not so high on Plax or Robinson this year. Which is why I took the consistent Toomah. I do like Plax's chances now that Maddox is guaranteed the helm, but I like the weapons that the Giants have so hopefully Amani won't be double-teamed as much. I'm a risk taker, evidenced by the Portis and Buress picks. I like to get the young guy that can break out and become the next top guy BEFORE they actually do it. Portis and Burress are on the upswing of their careers. IMO they both have room to improve even though they had stellar seasons last year. Toomer topped out last year IMO. I don't see him getting 1350+ yards again, and I think 8 TDs is about his limit. Burress on the other hand I could easily see getting 10+ TDs with Maddox at the helm while duplicating the 1300 yard range. It's all a matter of drafting style. Toomer should have another solid year, but I think his ceiling is lower than Burress or Robinson. Like I said, I like to take risks, drafting conservatively has never won me anything. OB1 33 Posted July 30, 2003 Stallworth is another young WR I am REALLY high on this year. Great skills, great offensive talent around him, and he show flashes of brilliance last year. Basically, since I hardly ever draft one of the big 3 WRs, I like to get a guy with the potential and situation to break into the top 5.
