Spinoff - Torture/punishment for people like Jake Patterson (Jayme Closs abductor)

I know there are a lot of people out there deserving of pain and death.....not just this guy....

 

But...when i see what he did, to this girl, her parents, and in FRONT of this girl....it makes me think of what he "deserves".

I start trying to think of the worst torture.

 

Ideas that cross my mind:

 

- cut of his eyelid with a scissor, and keep him locked up til they dry out and he goes officially blind. Surgically, make him deaf. Then simply, let him go. Just turn him loose on a city street. He's free. Anyone caught helping him, gets the same punishment.
or

-cut off all fingers each hand with a bolt cutter. then just let him go. He's free. Anyone caught giving him medical attention, will receive the same punishment.

Just hoping the fine citizens of the Wisconsin correctional system will give him the same treatment that they gave Jeffrey Dahmer.

I really like Jake Patterson. He did that whole detective Alex Cross series. I like almost every book in that series.

 

Now he's gotten so famous, that they throw his name on the cover of books that he probably hasn't even read much less written. He's listed as a co-author, but basically it's just endorsement deal to sell books from lesser writers.

 

he tried to get into the children's book game. Because apparently there's huge money there. At this point, every nitwit in Hollywood has published a children's book.

 

I get why authors like him and Koontz and King and left it in the pseudonyms. I'm sure you just get blocked in so many people wanting the next Alex Cross novel and you just want to stretch your legs and try something entirely different.

 

I don't really think it's worth punishing him for though.

As I've gotten older, I've started supporting more limited use of the death penalty. Mistakes are made, eye witnesses can suck, there can be corruption in the upper ranks.

 

But in cases where there's NO DOUBT about guilt? Try him, convict him, take him out back and shoot him.
