Indianapolis brewery puts hidden 'Tom Brady Sux' message on beer cans

 

 

If you happened to buy one of more than 20,000 cans of Sun King Brewery’s Wee Mac Scottish Ale that were canned in May, it may include a jab at Patriots quarterback Tom Brady on the bottom. An employee for the brewery, which is based in Indianapolis, went rogue and changed the born-on date to read “Tom Brady Sux” as a prank the week after the Wells report was released. The employee, who goes by the name of Biscuit, didn’t tell anyone he changed the stamp, but people eventually noticed once the cans were out in the wild.

Via the Indy Star:

“It wasn’t an idea [the brewery] came up with at all,” Sun King co-owner Clay Robinson said. “Every day, we change the thing on the bottom of our cans. One of the guys running the canning lines had to come up with something. Biscuit is his name. So Biscuit put ‘Tom Brady Sux’…. I assume most were consumed and recycled without anyone noticing.”
