vash1012 19 Posted October 6, 2010 Any thoughts on picking up danny woodhead from NE? I have some depth issues at wide receiver and running back with a few injuries and bye weeks. Not really anyone else on the waiver wire and my league isnt very trade happy. I had jacoby jones, but hes supposedly injured and hasnt done crap all year. This guys scored twice in 2 weeks and in yahoo leagues can be played as either a WR or RB. With Moss gone, maybe he'll get a few more looks?
Jarvis Basnight 119 Posted October 6, 2010 He's quite the little spark plug. I get the feeling it's just a matter of time though until someone folds him like origami, and we never hear from him again.
vash1012 19 Posted October 6, 2010 He looks really small, but he listed as 200 lbs so hes not THAT small.
ricanrockers 39 Posted October 6, 2010 He looks really small, but he listed as 200 lbs so hes not THAT small. Jets homer here: Woodhead is a player. He should've never been cut by the Jets. He can catch, run, block and tackle. To say he's small is inaccurate. He's just short. Someone who's 200lbs is NOT small. He will surprise many people this year. GO EAGLE KILLER! travis_henrys_baby_momma 10 Posted October 6, 2010 Would you want Kevin Faulk on your team? Because he is the new Kevin Faulk...expect one or two games with 70 total yards and a TD... but nothing most weeks.
madd futher mucker 36 Posted October 7, 2010 He's a speculative flex add for ppr. I put a bid in for him on my 22 man dynasty roster.

I agree with Jarvis that you have to worry about whether he can withstand the rigors of the NFL with any consistency. He plays all out and someone is going to give him a good pop. Until then, we love him in NE.

LoOnAtIk 75 Posted October 7, 2010 I think on Monday Night they listed him at 170. That's Dexter McCluster minus the homerun speed. No Thanks
