junk 0 Posted September 21, 2006 i would be giving up edge and getting kevin jones + wayne. i have LT2, FWP, Mewelde, Turner i need some help at WR: Chambers, Evans, Housh, Bruce, MAtt Jones my WR core has potential, but hasnt done much so far so im looking to improve. I think Edge will still get his 1200 yards and 9-10 TDs...but jones looks like he could improve and is getting lots of receptions... thoughts?? leave a link Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Bearshopeful 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Flip a coin. Literally. I'm not trying to be indecisive but I think you run a gamble either way you go. I think edge will perform like you said. I don't have much faith in KJ. And Wayne would help. Your recievers are not bad but it is going to be tough throughout the season guessing which of those to start each week, whereas Wayne is a no-brainer. without Edge I don't really like your RB depth, but I think that Wayne may help you more and if you make the trade, hope and pray that KJ remembers which way the endzone is. 60% make the trade 40% stay put and be patient and see what your other recievers do. badassbroncs 0 Posted September 21, 2006 I think I would probally take it, Wayne will help out alot with your wrs( he should have a huge year with no running game in INDY ex.2004) and KJ should produce more than he has so far. Edge should be steadt for average weeks but I dont see many big weeks coming his way this year, and KJ could bust out with some big games. gold_finger 0 Posted September 21, 2006 I don't think your WRs are all that bad but if you want an upgrade, you could probably get a better WR for Edge straight up. IMO Edge is one of the most overrated RBs in the league and won't produce as much behind Arizona's offensive line. Kevin Jones is a downgrade but he does have potential. irish2007 0 Posted September 21, 2006 It's a total toss up. I don't like Jones at all, but Wayne is an improvement to your WR corps. I'd might ask for a little more since you are giving up Edge, who has amazing stats year-in-year-out and KJones, who hasn't really proved much at all.
