mgm32 0 Posted October 25, 2006 Please check my roster below in my signature. I'm not sure who to start out of Bell (vs. Indy), Westbrook (vs. Jac) and Henry (vs. Hou) at running back. Please pick 2. Also, who do I start at receiver this week? I'm leaning towards Walker and D Jackson but now D Jackson doesn't have Hasslebeck. Moss faces Pittsburg in what looks to be a ugly game for Oakland. Keyshawn plays Dallas, Colston faces Baltimore and Jennings appears to be hurt for the week. Please pick 2. Finally, Denver's D faces Indy this week. Should I start them or should I pick up another D? The following defenses are still available for me to pick up: Chargers vs. STL (minus 2 more defensive studs) Vikings vs. NE Cardinals @ Green Bay Patriots @ Minnesota Saints vs. Baltimore Chiefs vs. Seattle Giants vs. Tampa Bay Rams @ SD Jets @ Cleveland Packers vs. Cardinals Titans vs. Houston I'd appreciate the help. Thanks again.
wiscsports1234 0 Posted October 25, 2006 RB: Denver is gonna have to pass to keep up with Peyton and the Colts, so I wouldn't start Bell. Westy is a beast when healthy. WR: Go with DJax dispite Hasselbeck being injured. And like I said above, Denver is gonna pass to keep up with Indy, so start Walker. DEF: Drop Denver for the Saints...I would take Saints over Denver anyway even if Denver wasn't facing Indy. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=247559
AoO 0 Posted October 25, 2006 I'd go with Bell and Westbrook in your backfield. Westbrook is a no brainer, and I think the Indy game will stay close, at least for a while. Denver will have to run to set up the pass to be successful. As for you receivers, I think I would go with Moss and Walker for safe plays. Neither Pittsburgh nor Indy have great pass D's, and Wallace at QB is a shaky situation. On defense, if you're not too attached to Denver I'd pick up Kansas City for the week. Thanks for seeing mine. gold_finger 0 Posted October 25, 2006 I'd start Tantum Bell and Westbrook. Indy has a soft run defense and Jacksonville's defense is struggling right now. I'd also start Walker and Jackson because of your other options aren't that great. I don't see Moss doing anything veruses Pitt. I'd also try the NE defense or the Saints as your top 2 options this week. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=247577

Bgards79 0 Posted October 25, 2006 Westbrook is a must start. I think I would play Henry against Houston. WR's - Walker and Jackson DEF - I like N.O. or Tenn this week Please see mine.
Candygram4Mongo 8 Posted October 26, 2006 Westbrook is really a no-brainer. Indy is weak against the run, so Bell is your other RB. If travis henry has another game over 120 yards, I'd be surprised. He shot his load last week. Stick with Jackson. He's reliable. Walker has been up and down, but is a better bet than Moss, who has shown he can disappear any week. Though Moss is showing signs of life, I'd wait to see if he can consistently produce before trusting him again. I picked up the Jets today, actually, They have good corners and Frye like to throw ints. But if the Giants are available, take them. thanks for mine

bunnerjk 0 Posted October 26, 2006 Westy, Bell Walker, DJax Denver's D is good so you may just have to ride them out for this week. If not, I say use the Giants.

napa joe 0 Posted October 26, 2006 Westbrook is a mmust start. Denver will run all day long to keep Colts offense off the field. Colts defense is not great against the run, so Tatum Bell is my choice for your 2nd RB. Walker and Colston for WR. KC defense at Arrowhead vs Seatle w/o Hasslbeck or SA. mine- http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=247888
MaddogMoney 0 Posted October 27, 2006 QB: Grossman RB: Westbrook, T. Bell Westbrook is a stud and Denver is going to run all over Indy. WR: D. Jackson, G. Jennings TE: Winslow D: Broncos I picked up KC for the week against the 2nd-string Seattle team. If you drop Denver, you run the risk of someone else picking them up. K: Gould Any advice for me? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248210
