Mike Wallace for Chris Johnson

I was offered Mike Wallace (PIT) in exchange for my Chris Johnson. This is an interesting proposition and I am tempted to pull the trigger as I am not particularly strong at the WR position.

 

My current WRs are VJax and Mario Manningham

My current RBs are Adrian Peterson, Chris Johnson, Murray, Reggie Bush, Brandon Jacobs, Ben Tate, JStew

 

We start 2 WRs, 2 RBs and a flex W/R

 

I have been winning in the past 3 weeks starting Peterson, Chris Johnson, and Murray. Losing CJ2K will hurt as I will need to start one of the RBs who is not a true workhorse on his team. My logic has been always start a true workhorse RB. And CJ2K's schedule is quite easy the rest of the way.

 

It all comes down to whether Mike Wallace offers a significant upgrade over Manningham on a weekly basis.

I would do it. If it's a PPR you plug reggie or manningham into that flex spot.

 

What's the scoring system? PPR? Standard?

Yes you do this trade. Wallace is a stud and it opens up some good choices for you at #2wr, plus you're stacked at rb even without CJ. I know his schedule is cake but i'd trust Murray way more now than CJ plus you have Bush who is playing well and Jacobs who may be the workhorse there for awhile so you can use either of those guys in the flex.

Yes, do it. you seem pretty loaded at RB and your WRs could use the upgrade. Thanks for helping with my question.

I would absolutely do that trade cause you're strong at RB and with Wallace,Jackson and Manningham at wr you're looking really strong.

I do like the trade though Wallace has slowed down a bit since Ben started spreading it around to Brown and Miller a little bit more. Also make sure that thumb is fine first so he can hit Wallace deep.

take that deal and dont look back. youve got plenty of depth at RB. CJ is overrated and wallace is a top 3 WR.

reggie has been solid as of late, they're finally figuring out how to use him.

Wallace is nasty. gives you more depth at WR in case of injury etc.

I have those exact same 3 RBs in a league that you are starting, AP, CJ, and Murray, and there is no way I would break that up. That's 3 RB1s. Stick with it.
