Step 2: Ratification Once proposed, the amendment must be ratified (approved) by the states. This can happen in one of two ways: 1. By State Legislatures: • Three-fourths (¾) of state legislatures must approve (currently 38 of 50 states). 2. By State Conventions: • Three-fourths (¾) of special state conventions must approve. • This method has been used only once — for the 21st Amendment, which repealed Prohibition.

He has been mocking Trump for eight years yet he is mysteriously canceled for that reason after he made outrageous allegations about the Charlie Kirk assassination? You can try to change the narrative but the facts remain the same, it was the blatant lies he told about the Kirk assassination. living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see.

The Kimmel firing has nothing to do with free speech, it is about a free market.
