After a year in Baghdad, I can sympathize a little. I lived inside the wire, but the guys that worked for me had to run a gauntlet just to get to work every day.

 

I saw that his 40 times did not correlate with his 10 and 20 times. Hali has good explosion, but not big flat out speed. Character, athletic and driven. Should work out.
