Philly and Tampa this weekend. My prediction Tampa by a field goal in this one. Tampa is the best 1 win team in the league. No matter how this game ends I still love the horses on the field and no fans in the stands. January 19th 2003 and oh yeah the last game in veterans stadium. And oh the next year when Lincoln Financial opened they shut them out there the very first game. Now Eagles fans lets hear it. I guess none of that happened much like the eagles missing the playoffs this year which will happen.

It's clear you are cheating, just fess up, let each member of your league ###### slap you in the face, and allow each of them to choose one player from your team for free. Then you should all be even and be able to carry on the rest of your season unaffected....I see this as the only reasonable solution.

I agree - TB has a good shot at winning this one. McNabb is overrated - he's still a good QB, definitely the best in fantasy (at the moment), but is shite for winning championships. They haven't beat a quality team yet except Dallas, and that game was handed to them. Their defense is crap - almost at the bottom in total D and they've played some crap teams. Iggles had a false sense of confidence going into NO, and probably still have some of it now.

 

I think the Iggles might win against TB, but TB has a good shot at beating them now that Simms is out of the picture and Caddy's back on track. The Iggles will then get annihilated when J-ville comes to town.

Noboby expected much from the Eagles at the beginning of the year. The sportsbooks had the over at 8 wins and dead last in the division....so what is your point with all of these Eagles are overated threads? Everyone knows the first half schedule is much easier than the second half. Nothing new.

 

Second, you hate Eagles fans, yet you are doing your best to act like the most obnoxious fan. Why would you act like the people you despise? Sounds dumb doesn't it?

I actually agree with you about Tampa having a good shot to win the game. Cincinnati found out last week how hard it is to beat a quality team on the road. Let's throw the Buccaneers' record out the window. They only lost to Carolina by two and New Orleans by three. They are a good team.

Philly is doing much better than anyone predicted before the start of the season, but it's not like they're Super Bowl favorites, yet. If they go to Tampa and pull this out, I'll be happy.

 

As far as McNabb being overrated, that's just ridiculous. He is easily a top three QB in the league. Any knowledgeable football person knows that. There are 28-30 teams in the league who would LOVE to have him as their QB.

 

What has he ever won? More games than any other starting QB in the NFL over the past five years, with the exception of Brady and Manning. Look it up.

I agree with you in principal, and I generally am pretty good at resisting bait, but when a guy hates a team so much, I love rubbing his face in the facts.

I know he's a little mentally challenged, but he's not even intelligent enough to quit while he's ahead. The guy gets hammered in every thread he starts. Hell, even Cowboy fans hate him!

Me I am from Virginia and have been in the Army for 14 years. My team is actually Tampa Bay because as a kid I liked the ugly Orange uniforms.

Me I am from Virginia and have been in the Army for 14 years my present rank is SFC. So I guess if that makes me a disaster of a human so be it. I have been deployed to Saudi Arabia after Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. I grew up a Cowboys fan in Virginia because everyone liked the Redskins. My team is actually Tampa Bay because as a kid I liked the ugly Orange uniforms. As a matter of fact I own a 1982 Doug Williams Jersey. I have been to two Monday night games this year the Washington- Minnesota and the Philadelphia-Packers game. I went to Philadelphia wearing a Mike Quick Jersey to infuriate eagles fans which I did. I could have worn a Packers jersey but decided against it. Anyways once those fans saw me rooting for the Packers they went crazy. It was actually fun being there. At this present time I live in Maryland and hate the fact that I am subject to Redskin and Ravens games. Presently I work at Walter Reed Army Medical center and work with the war wounded. I like talking ###### and do not do it for attention. And Eagles fans if you really want to know I was kidding about the dirty city comment I actually had a good time there. However, I do not like the Eagles I think they are overrated and will stick to my eagles comments. Everything I have told you in this post is true since you seem to want to know so bad Ghostofmeanmachine99. You can believe what you want I have no reason to lie.

Props to your work with the wounded vets. I've put in time at the VA hospital in Philly, helping out vets get their insurance straightened out (back in the day). I have a good friend who works inside at NSA, and he's been deployed a few times to Qatar and Iraq. I have another friend who was an MP turned Secret Service for the Treasury Dept. back in the day, and his older brother was a bad azz marine who made a long distance phone call from Bagdad during the Desert Storm invasion (didn't give us many stories except clearing out bunkers that contained dogs, blew 'em up with grenades).

 

Why draw negative attention to yourself at an Eagles game? Is there a rush you're looking for, or is it just a dare?

 

If you want to draw attention to yourself, wear your desert fatigues. I can guarantee you that if you did, you wouldn't have to buy a beer all day, and would get invited to every tailgate you pass by.

 

Regardless of what you do, etc., stop being a bl0wj0b on the bored. If you're gonna argue, argue with a point in mind. Doing it to piss people off really is silly, don't you think?
