Those are itty-bitty needles, though.

 

I give myself allergy shots with a 1cc needle. The needle is a half-inch long, but I only have to poke myself once a week. My wife, after getting some incorrect pharmacy advice, brought home some of those insulin syringes. I used one, and it was easier on the arm than the allergy syringe, but the clinic later told me I couldn't use those.

 

I got a flu shot a couple of days ago, and while I'm not fond of those, the nurse did a good job. I didn't even feel it. I didn't get sick, and I didn't get sore, either.

 

The mammyfuckers are those antibiotic shots you get in the ass.

 

I had a whale of a sinus infection awhile back and had to get TWO of those things.

 

They're like turkey basters with basketball pump needle on them.

 

And the antibiotic burns going in.

 

But it beats waiting a few days for the antibiotic pills to kick in.

I have the 1cc needles too. I was using arms and thighs, but the doctor said the belly is the by far the best place for the insulin. So now my belly is perpetually one big giant bruise.
