Its actually kind of cool that I didnt have much option but to work. Cant beat holiday pay (triple time) for 12 hrs. Also saves me the trouble of the hangover all day tomorrow. Maybe I will enter this year with a clarity that I havent in years past??

I wasn't paying attention to the time and I took my dog out to be emptied just before midnight here. Somebody lit off what sounded like a mortar and the next thing I know I have a 75 lb dog trying to leap into my arms
