The official video of the hangings shows Hussein's half-brother, Barzan Hassan, lying headless below the gallows, his severed head several yards away. I'll guarantee you his kneck broke (the way you die in hanging) before his head popped off, so what's the problem? "Uh, sorry for killling him twice.
