JT 137 Posted January 31, 2007 I feel your pain. I heard it on the way to work today and I thought would share the misery. Yeah, but the original 'Bat Out Of Hell' remains the greatest tribute to 70's teen angst ever committed to vinyl. I'll say this for Meat Loaf. Saw him perform live twice. First, before 'Bat' became a smash and I was hearing rumors of this 300 lb guy singing rock opera and almost dying on stage. Second, he and I were friends of friends in Ct and he got me tix to the final dress rehearsal for the 'Bat II' tour in New Haven. The guy works his considerable ass off on stage. His voice is shot now. Too many shows trying to sing that kind of material. Helluva nice guy, and a pretty decent softball player.

Brown Eyed Girl 1 Posted January 31, 2007 I prefer Bobby Caldwell's... "What you won't do, you do for love... you've tried everything, but you don't give up... In my world - only you - made me do for love, what I would not do."
