I would be willing to give you a gentle massage, then if you would like....I could slowly kiss your back working my way down to your cute butt and sticking my tongue in your little brown eye.

Asprin never seems to help my headaches. Ibuprofen on the other hand :dunno: A geek here suggested taking ibuprofen while drinking coffee and 60% of the time it actually curbs my migraines. Sometimes caffiene makes it worse, it's always a gamble.

ibuprofen and coffee.... I think Saw could swing that.

Don't the excederin (ibuprofin) Migrane have caffine in them? I guess I could look at the bottle I got downstairs, but hell, I dont feel motivated to do much at the moment.

 This you know! :dunno:

ETA - although I don't think the coffee is going to help with my sleeping problem. Only something else can help with that and that's not available at the moment.

I think there is that pressure point between where your index finger and thumb meet. I think there is also just one below the big toe you could do a self massage.

Thanks, I'll see if I can try those. Do they help with sleeping issues as well? I haven't been able to sleep since I'm sleeping all alone now. :first:

I've got one now too  Was a looooooooong day. I'm going to take a bubble bath then watch Heroes. Was laying with my cat watching windows media randomization and listening to music, that actually helped some. Outside of any meds the best is to just relax, go for something that will relieve the tension in your body. Make sure you're drinking enough water.

Actually, that sounds very nice. A bubble bath before heros. That might just work, thanks!

All right, if I must be serious, sigh. This is best if someone else does it but you can do it yourself (no, not talking about the rabbit). Turn down the lights, put on some soft music. Seriously, this is not going where you think. If you have one of those chair vibrators, sit on it and turn it on. Otherwise, a recliner. Close eyes, Slowly rub both temples in a clockwise motion. It will be gone in no time. GL

Thanks, seriously, I will try this. A little hard with my son running around, but I will try to get him to give me some alone quiet time.

I've heard that a slice of cool cucumber placed on your eyes helps.

Isn't that just for the bags under your eyes? Which I'm sure I'll have too if I don't get any sleep sometime soon. :dunno:

BS. Tell the little turd that Mommy is sick and needs his help and have him do it. I'll have a sig be with you that if you ask him and then tell him as he is doing it how good it feels, he'll do it for a good 15-20 minutes and be very proud of himself and you'll be fine.
