Dr. Octopus 0 Posted August 28, 2007 At this point I'd go Jacksonville @ home, but it is a tough week.
rallo 132 Posted August 28, 2007 the steelers and the eagles jump out at me... i play in a league where you pick two teams every week, and you eventually have to pick every team... the risk of taking houston over KC is tempting me... but i may wait to pick the texans
hitman29 0 Posted August 28, 2007 I'm probably going with Seattle. I'm not too worried about burning them early as I'm not that high on them this year. I've also considered Jacksonville. Minnesota is a sneaky play week 1.
mr.shitty 0 Posted August 28, 2007 yeah, thats rough... i only like road teams (NE, Philly) and i hate taking road teams
UPS 0 Posted August 28, 2007 Im picking Atlanta over Minnesota. Should be an easy one since the vikes have no QB
Dutch1 0 Posted August 28, 2007 Denver over Buffalo also seems like a valid choice.
ditka's hip 0 Posted August 28, 2007 How about the Rams at home? The Homer reports I read from Carolina (and their poor showing the other night) are saying the Panthers could really suck.
shovelheadt 62 Posted August 28, 2007 I think Houston at home will surprise some people.
vardaski 0 Posted August 28, 2007 Pitt and Denver jump out at me but if you like the idea of saving those guys Minnesota. I'm not really sure no Qb vs Harrington is any better. Minn better rbs, better o-line, better defense, playing at home. The only place I see Atl really having the edge is special teams and receiving corp.
lightbuzz 0 Posted August 28, 2007 looks like the current point spreads (8/28/07) favor JAX and New England both at 6.5. Seattle, San Diego, and Dallas are 6 point favorites. I'm thinking Dallas Sunday Night at home but, it's shakey. I'm not sure what to take yet.
Pariah 0 Posted August 28, 2007 As much as it pains me to say it, I think I'll be taking Dallas.
Mike MacGregor 20 Posted August 28, 2007 Not sure why anyone would trust Minnesota, especially against a "we can do it without Vick" motivated Falcons team. I too don't typically like road teams but I'd go with PIT here.
