Torre could maybe return to Cardinals if LaRussa doesn't resign which is probably a safe bet. The Mets may have a change of heart and dump Randolph if Torre is available. The Pirates have a job opening and he won't have to deal with any media, fan, or ownership pressure at all and could just relax for 3 or so years and try and improve a young team.
