tikigods 76 Posted December 13, 2008 So, no legitmate answer. Thanks. Nope. My blame rests with the morons who voted for him. The economy was running with a balanced budget, the stock market was making record profit, and people voted for Bush. He was never in control of those around him and was going to be manipulated into wire tapping and whatever his handlers wanted. Bush has never been a free thinker so if people couldn't see past it as he trampled on our civil liberties then the people are to blame. I didn't vote for him so the mess we're in is in no way my fault.

tikigods 76 Posted December 13, 2008 the Bush administration's domestic wiretap program violates both federal law and the Constitution and orders the warrantless suveillance program shut down. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=5665192 Thread. Recliner Pilot 61 Posted December 13, 2008 http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=5665192 Thread. Over. Says ONE judge in Detroit. The Justice Department will appeal. In the meantime, both sides in the suit agree to a hold on the order to shut down the program. It's on appeal, and will continue until resolved. Nice try, but one judge's opinion doesn't prove Bush has "sh!t" on the Constitution. Moron.

Recliner Pilot 61 Posted December 14, 2008 I provided everything you need troll. You brought The Patriot Act. Please show how that has ruined the Constitution. Using your logic it's not just Bush who has "sh!t" on the Constitution cuz 357 Representatives voted for it, and 99 Senators voted for it. Whole lotta guys beyond Bush doing a whole lotta sh!tting. Greedo 13 Posted December 15, 2008 Shouldn't you be out taking driving lessons? No good answer to actual evidence, so you resort to acting like a 5 year old. Makes perfect sense. Both the Patriot Act, requested by and signed by Bush, and the wiretapping fiasco, are examples of Bush crapping on the Constitution. That others voted for the Patriot Act has nothing to do with jets24's question.

Declaring a law unconstitutional doesn't happen overnight. That wasn't jets24's question. I'm not ignoring either party. Again, that others voted for the Patriot Act has nothing to do with jets24's question. If his question was "did everyone in either party that voted for the Patriot Act crap on the Constitution?" then my answer would be yes.
Recliner Pilot 61 Posted December 16, 2008 Perhaps you missed civics classes. Declaring a law unconstitutional doesn't happen overnight. You seem to be the one needing a civics lesson. Until it is ruled unconstitutional it isn't unconstitutional. A simple concept, but obviously to advanced for you.
